Privacy & enquiries.

When you request a quote, Creative Property Services receives your contact details, property postcode, job description, calculator choices and any files you choose to upload. We use them to assess the work, contact you and prepare a quote.

Plans, photographs and video

Files are stored with the request and are accessible through the authorised team inbox. They are not published on the website. Please only upload material you are entitled to share, and avoid images of people, identity documents, keys, entry codes or unrelated personal information. You can provide a written brief instead of a video.

Who handles the information

The authorised CPS quote team reviews requests. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Where configured, Meta handles WhatsApp alerts, Twilio handles internal SMS alerts and Resend handles email alerts; alerts use the request reference and a link to the protected team inbox rather than your attachments. Any further sharing needed to assess specialist work will be discussed with you.

Storage and your choices

We keep enquiry information while it is needed to assess, quote and manage the requested work. Unconverted enquiries should be reviewed after 90 days. Contact creativeproservices@creativehg.co.uk to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about the supplying legal business before proceeding. Include your request reference where possible.

Website operation

The estimator works without an account. The site does not add advertising trackers. Hosting providers may process technical logs and essential cookies. Abuse protection uses a daily rotating hash of the connection address and submission counts. Team sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication; customer enquiries do not require sign-in.
