COMMERCIAL CLEANING / BUILD YOUR ESTIMATE

A price shaped
around your space.

Choose the clean. Add the areas and tasks. See the budget before you send the brief.

01

YOUR BUSINESS

Start with the kind of clean.

The business type helps define your brief. The estimate follows your actual task quantities, with no hidden sector premium. Specialist hygiene requirements need assessment.

02

AREAS & TASKS

What needs cleaning?

Break down the floors.

Enter each area once. Keep washrooms and kitchenettes out of these rows if you add them below. Length × width gives square metres.

General floor cleaning includes vacuuming or an appropriate damp clean. Carpet extraction, polishing, stripping, sealing and stain restoration are separate.

Washrooms & toilets

Floor area and fixtures are counted separately. Fixture allowances cover the fittings; the floor is cleaned once.

The everyday details

Reachable surfaces only. Kitchenettes mean break-room floors and worktops, not commercial cooking equipment. Toiletries, sanitary waste and waste removal are not included.

One-off extras with a guide price

Carpet extraction uses progressive £3.50–£2/m² bands, £100 minimum. Pressure washing: £3/m², 20 m² minimum. These extras are one-off and excluded from the recurring monthly figure.

Anything more specialist?

Include these in the brief. We’ll assess the method, access and condition before pricing them.
